In this tutorial, I will show you how to remove the slow and annoying “Resolving Proxy…” from Google Chrome’s start up/ first page load. To do this, we will be adding “–proxy-server=” to the end of a shortcut target. Please note: If this does not work, try adding “–winhttps-proxy-resolver” to the end of the shortcut target.
